Mr. Jason Lower, Chief Instructor at the Suwanee studio, is a 3rd Degree Black Belt. Having recently moved to Atlanta from West Palm Beach, FL, Mr. Lower has been practicing tae kwon do for 8 years, and teaching for 7 years. He earned his 3rd Degree Black Belt at World Championships, and earned the 2008 Triple Crown State Championship in TN. His favorite form is In Wha 2. Students will often hear Mr. Lower say "That was excellent..now do it again! You can rest when you're dead!"

Ms. Heather Sandoval, Program Director, is originally from Connecticut but has called Atlanta home for the past 26 years. Ms. Sandoval joined Karate Atlanta a year ago and recently received her 1st Degree Black Belt! Shim Jun is her favorite form because of its challenging techniques.
