Mr. Tey Koval, Chief Instructor at the Dunwoody studio, is a 2nd Degree Black Belt. Born in Kharkov, Ukraine, he has been in Atlanta for the past thirteen years. Starting at the age of 6, Mr. Koval has been studying martial arts for 20 years. He joined the Karate Atlanta team three years ago. Mr. Koval achieved the State Champions in Forms in 2008. His favorite form is Choong Jung I and his students often will hear Mr. Koval say, "I practice what I preach!"

Ms. Dani Weakley, Instructor at the Dunwoody studio, is a 3rd Degree Black Belt. Also beginning her study of martial arts at the age of 6, Ms. Weakley has practiced tae kwon do for thirteen years. She recently moved to Atlanta from Lemoore, California and has been with Karate Atlanta for one year. Highlights of her martial arts career include achieving champion in the 2005 FL weapons & sparring; the 2006 FL weapons; and the 2008 GA XMA weapons competitions. Ms. Weakley's favorite form is Choong Jung 2.
