Mr. Miguel Roman, Chief Instructor at the Alpharetta studio, is a 4th Degree Black Belt. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Florida, he has studied martial arts for the past 18 years and has been with Karate Atlanta for 12 years. In 2005, Mr. Roman won the ATA state championship in forms, weapons and sparring. He enjoys teaching all aspects of martial arts.

Ms. Kendall Dewberry, Program Director at the Alpharetta studio, is a 3rd Degree Black Belt. An Atlanta native, she has been studying martial arts for 9 years, and has been with Karate Atlanta for 5 years. She is a six time ATA state champion in forms, weapons and sparring. Her favorite form is In Wha 2.

Ms. Dana Hanington, Assistant Instructor, is a 2nd Degree Black Belt. She has trained with Karate Atlanta for the last five years. Ms. Hanington is originally from Virginia, lived in Texas and now makes Atlanta her home. She enjoys all aspects of tae kwon do.

Mr. Sung Bin Cho, Assistant Instructor, is a 1st Degree Black Belt. Born in Seoul, Korea, Mr. Cho came to the states as an eight year old. Having practiced martial arts for 13 years, he thoroughly enjoys sparring and has been with the Alpharetta studio since May.
